At Amarente Paris, we strive to deliver your order to your home as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all the information on our shipping and return policy.

Shipping

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order safely and on time. Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 3-7 business days
  
• Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
  
• International shipping: 7-14 business days
  

Note: During holidays or promotions, delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

• Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping for orders above €50, otherwise €4,95
  
• Other European countries: €7,95
  
• Worldwide: €14,95
  

Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Order processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).
  
• Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.
  

Returns

Return policy

Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem! You have 14 days from receipt to return your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn and unwashed.
  
• The item is in its original packaging with tags.
  
• The item contains no makeup stains, perfume odors or other signs of use.
  

How to return an order?

1. Send an e-mail to info@amarente-paris.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
   
3. Pack the items well and send them via a shipping method with track & trace.
   
4. After receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days.
   

Return costs

• Return costs are for your own account, unless it is an error on our part (e.g. a wrong or damaged item).
  
• When exchanging an item, we take the shipping costs of the new product for our account.
  

Refund

• Once we have received and verified your return, you will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay for the item.
